非契约社会市场经济理论初探

A Preliminary Study on the Theory of MarketEconomy in Non-Contract Society

根据社会系统的星园模型(昝廷全,2017),经济是社会系统的一个子系统。因此,对于经济制度的完整描述必须考虑经济系统镶嵌其中的社会系统的结构和性质。以社会系统的整合方式为标准,可以把社会系统划分为契约社会和非契约社会两种基本类型。如果把经济制度典型地划分为计划经济和市场经济两种类型,于是,从理论上讲,我们可以得到如下四种类型的基本社会经济制度:契约社会计划经济、契约社会市场经济、非契约社会计划经济和非契约社会市场经济。以美国为代表的西方国家属于契约社会市场经济的范畴,而中国从1979年改革开放以来实行的主要是非契约社会市场经济制度,而且取得了巨大的成功。从某种意义上讲,中国改革开放取得的伟大成就是人类社会前所未有的非契约社会市场经济建设的伟大创举,为非契约社会市场经济理论的创建提供了难得的社会实验。与此同时,也只有从非契约社会市场经济理论的角度,才能对中国改革开放的成功和所取得的伟大成就给出科学合理的解释。本文简要介绍了非契约社会市场经济制度的基本概念、内涵和意义,勾画了非契约社会市场经济理论的基本哲理框架,并将其与契约社会市场经济制度进行了简单对比;最后,从非契约社会市场经济的角度对中国改革开放以来所取得的伟大成就进行了简要解读。本文认为,中国特色社会主义市场经济的本质,就是在中国共产党领导下的非契约社会市场经济。

According to the star-circle model of social systems(ZAN Ting-quan,2017),the economy is a subsystem of the social system.Therefore,for a complete description of the economic system,the structure and nature of the social system in which the economic system embedded must be considered.Taking the integration method of the social system as the standard,the social system can be divided into two basic types:contract society and non-contract society.Typically,if the economic system is divided into two types:planned economy and market economy,therefore,theoretically,we can get the following four types of basic social economic institutions:contract social planned economy,contract social market economy,non-contract social planned economy and non-contract social market economy.Western countries represented by the United States belong to the category of contract social market economy.Since the reform and opening up in 1979,China has mainly implemented a non-contract social market economy institutions,and it has achieved great success.In a sense,the great achievements of China’s reform and opening up are s unprecedented non-contract social market economy construction in the history of human society,this provides a rare social experiment for the creation of non-contract social market economy theory.At the same time,only from the perspective of non-contractual social market economy theory can a scientific and reasonable explanation be given to the success of China s reform and opening up and the great achievements it has made.This article briefly introduces the basic concepts,connotations and meanings of the non-contractual social market economyinstitutions,outlines the basic philosophical framework of the non-contract social market economy theory,and makes a simple comparison with the contract social market economy theory;Finally,from the perspective of a non-contract social market economy,a brief interpretation of the great achievements China has made since the reform and opening up is carried out.This article believes that the essence of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is the non-contractual social market economy under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.
