摘要
某线发生A相单瞬故障,线路保护装置电容电流补偿算法中未引入正确的积分常数,导致电厂侧、变电站侧线路保护动作行为不一致,电厂侧线路开关三跳,变电站侧线路开关单跳并重合成功。通过分析得出某厂家的B型装置存在软件缺陷,运用在带电抗器线路的保护装置上会出现不正确动作的可能,为其他电厂、变电站类似问题的处理解决提供指导性建议。
The line occurred A single transient fault,because the line protection device capacitive current compensation algorithm did not introduce the correct integral constant,resulting in inconsistent line protection actions between power plant and transformer substation,Three-phase tripping of line switch in power plant,single-phase tripping and reclosing successfully of line switch in transformer substation.Through the analysis,it is concluded that there are software defects in type B device of a manufacturer,and the possibility of incorrect action on the protective device with the reactor line will appear,and the guidance and suggestions for solving similar problems in other power plants and substations.
