摘要 超临界直流锅炉运行中经常出现受热面超温、爆管、燃烧调整偏差等问题。文章以某超临界660 MW燃煤锅炉电站为例,阐述了超临界直流锅炉特点、切圆燃烧特点及影响超临界直流锅炉安全运行的因素。 During the operation of once through boiler of supercritical once through boiler,problems such as overheating of heating surface,tube explosion and combustion adjustment deviation often occur.Taking Supercritical 660 MW boiler as an example,this paper describes the characteristics of supercritical once through boiler,tangential combustion characteristics and the factors affecting the safe operation of supercritical once through boiler,the infl uence of fl ue gas deviation at furnace outlet and NOx emission from tangential fi ring.
