空预器压差大的原因分析及解决措施

Analysis on the Cause and Countermeasure of Large Pressure Difference of Air Preheater

文章分析了常州电厂630 MW燃煤机组空气预热器烟气侧进出口压差大的原因,提出了运行优化调整的措施,对比了在线高压水冲洗、拆包冲洗和升温处理3种方法治理空预器局部堵塞的效果,为解决空预器压差大问题提供参考。

This paper introduces the reasons for the large inlet and outlet pressure difference of the air preheater(hereinafter referred to as air preheater)of 630 MW coal-fi red units in Changzhou Power Plant,puts forward the measures of operation optimization adjustment,compares the effect of three methods of on-line high pressure water washing,unpacking washing and heating treatment on local blockage of air preheater,and provides a useful reference for solving the problem of large pressure difference of air preheater.
