摘要
电力营销作为电力企业生产经营中最重要的一项内容,一直被电力行业所重视,它不仅关系着企业经济效益,更关系着供电企业发展水平。文章在阐述电力营销管理概念的同时通过当前电力营销的现状,分析当前营销管理中存在的缺陷,并针对管理中的每个环节问题提出相应的对策,以此提高电力营销管理工作的整体经济效益。
As one of the most important contents in the production and operation of electric power enterprises,electric power marketing has been attached great importance to by the power industry.It is not only related to the economic benefi ts of enterprises,but also related to the development level of power supply enterprises.This paper describes the concept of power marketing management,at the same time,through the current situation of power marketing,analyzes the defects in the current marketing management,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for each link of management,so as to improve the overall economic benefi ts of power marketing management.
