供电企业电力营销精细化管理策略研究

摘要 电力营销作为供电企业管理中非常关键的工作环节,其营销能力在很大程度上决定了供电企业的经济效益,同时对于供电企业管理的创新及长远发展产生积极影响。随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断深化,供电企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈,为了彰显供电企业的市场主体地位,需要不断完善电力营销精细化管理工作,以全面提升供电企业电力营销整体水平,推动供电企业的健康平稳发展。基于此,文章阐述了供电企业电力营销精细化管理的意义,分析当前电力营销面临的问题,并提出电力营销精细化管理对策。 As a very important part of power supply enterprise management,power marketing ability determines the economic benefit of power supply enterprise to a great extent.At the same time,it has a positive impact on the innovation and long-term development of power supply enterprise management.With the deepening of our socialist market economy system,the competition among power supply enterprises is becoming more and more fi erce.In order to highlight the main position of power supply enterprises,it is necessary to improve the fi ne management of power marketing.In order to improve the overall level of power marketing,promote the healthy and stable development of power supply enterprises.Based on this,this paper expounds the fi ne management of electric power marketing in power supply enterprises Signifi cance,analyze the current problems faced by electric power marketing,and put forward the detailed management countermeasures of electric power marketing.
