面向提质保香的复烤工艺优化研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 烟叶口感的独特性一直是消费者关注的重点,直接影响了品种烟叶的口碑和评价。打叶复烤生产是提高烟叶质量、保留原烟独特香味的关键工艺过程。本文从生产加工过程的数据化、个性化和智能化3个角度出发,分析了近年来研究者针对打叶复烤过程的工艺实现方式、工艺参数的优化、先进控制方法应用等方面进行的有益探索,揭示了当前打叶复烤生产中面临的包括加工过程控制、关键参数设置等主要困难与问题,并对打叶复烤过程提质保香目标的实现提出了展望。 The taste characteristics of tobacco leaves always be the focus of consumers'attention,which directly affects the reputation and evaluation of the tobacco.Threshing and re-drying is a key process to improve the quality of tobacco leaves and retain the unique flavor of original tobacco.From the aspects of data,individuation and intelligence of product processing,the research on practising process in technology,the optimization of process parameters as well as the application of advanced control methods during the Threshing and re-drying processing are analyzed in this paper.And the main difficulties and problems in the current threshing and re-drying production,such as the control of processing process and the setting of key parameters are revealed.Finally,the prospect of achieving the quality improvement and aroma preservation during threshing and redrying was put forward.
