本文介绍了橡木桶的材质、烘烤程度、新旧、规格等对葡萄酒质量的影响,并对橡木桶陈酿的各关键环节如何控制进行了阐述,以供从业者借鉴。
This paper introduced the influences of oak barrel material,baking degree,new or old,specifications on wine qualities,and it also expounded how to control the key wine ageing processes in oak barrels,so as to provide references for practitioners.
