基于文献计量学的七味白术散研究现状分析

目的:运用文献计量学方法对七味白术散的研究现状和研究方法进行分析,以确定进一步研究的方向。方法:以七味白术散为关键词,检索中国知网(CNKI)中国学术期刊全文数据库,搜集时间为2001年1月至2018年12月。分析其年份分布、期刊分布、被引文献、研究方法、治疗疾病类型、机构分布等,运用citespace进行关键词聚类分析;并进行数据整理与发掘。结果:共纳入120篇相关文献,论文发表量历年数量比较稳定,文献研究对象可分为两类,以临床研究(89篇,74%)与实验研究(31篇,26%)为主。腹泻为出现次数仅次于七味白术散的关键词。结论:2001至2018年七味白术散的研究成果较多,质量也在提升,研究逐渐深入,但仍需进一步改善。因此,交叉学科的综合性研究与应用成为未来研究的重要内容。

Objective:To determine the direction of further research through using the bibliometric methods to analyze the research advance and research methods of Qiwei Baizhu Powder(七味白术散).Methods:CNKI was searched from Jan.2001 to Dec.2018 with Qiwei Baizhu Powder as the key word.The publication time,journals distribution,cited literature,research methods,type of disease treated,publication institution and so on were analyzed.Citespace was used for Keywords clustering analysis,and data were collected and excavat.Results:Totally 120 research papers were included.The number of published papers in over these years was relatively stable.The papers could be divided into two categories,clinical research(89 papers,74%)and experimental research(31 papers,26%).Qiwei Baizhu Powder is the key word with the highest frequency,followed by diarrhea.Conclusions:From 2001 to 2018,the researches of Qiwei Baizhu Powder are increasing,with improved quality,but there are still some improvement to be done.Therefore,the interdisciplinary comprehensive research and application is an important content of further research.
