“双一流”建设背景下提升高校研究生科研创新能力的思考 被引量:5

摘要 研究生教育是高等教育的高级层次,提高研究生创新能力是落实国家“双一流”建设战略规划的有效途径。该文针对研究生招生选拔、教学和培养模式,导师考核评价体系以及产学研协同育人等方面的现状及特点,结合作者自身培养研究生的经验,提出提高研究生创新能力的五点措施,即:网络宣传和导师团队宣传相结合,完善研究生招生选拔机制;积极探索因材施教的多样化教学模式,满足学生个性化需求;采取双导师培养模式,拓宽专业技能人才成长道路;健全双导师考核评价机制,提升研究生培养质量;深入推进产学研协同育人机制,广泛支持高校与企业联合办学。希望以上措施能够为高校培养研究生科研创新能力提供借鉴和思考。 Postgraduate education is a high level of higher education.Improving the innovation ability of graduate students is an effective way to implement the national strategic"double first class"construction plan.Based on the characteristics and current status of graduate student enrollment and selection,teaching and training mode,tutor evaluation system and industry-university research collaboration,and the author's own experience in training postgraduates,this paper proposes five measures to improve postgraduate innovation ability:highlighting the combination of network and mentor team propaganda,perfecting the postgraduate enrollment and selection mechanism;exploring the diversified teaching mode of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes to meet the individualized needs of students;adopting the"comparing and benefiting"dual tutor training model to broaden the growth path of professional skills and improving the evaluation mechanism of dual tutors;promoting the synergy mechanism of production,education and research,and broadly supporting the joint operation of universities and enterprises.It is hoped that the above measures will provide reference and thinking for colleges and universities to cultivate postgraduate research and innovation capabilities.
