在新时代背景下,高校思政教育面临新的发展机遇与危机。针对当前学生干部培育存在的问题,该文提出基于文化建设的学生干部培育方法,通过自我管理、自我进取、自我完善的培育机制,进一步推进高校学生干部培育模式的转型。

In the new era,ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing new development opportunities and crises.In view of the current problems in the cultivation of student cadres,this paper proposes a culture-based approach of student leader cultivation,in order to further promote the transformation of the cultivation model of student cadres in colleges and universities through the cultivation mechanism of selfmanagement,self-improvement,and self-perfection.
