独立学院教育政策与教育管理的互动关系研究

Research on the Interactive Relationship between Education Policy and Education Management of Independent Colleges

独立学院是我国高等教育改革和市场经济发展的产物。自高校扩招以来,独立学院飞速发展,在我国教育体系中已经颇具规模。为了独立学院的长久进步和发展,我国相关教育主管部门出台了诸多政策。该文通过分析和阐述独立学院政策执行现状,探究独立学院教育政策与教育管理之间的互动关系,利用这种互动关系推动独立学院取得更为显著的发展成绩。

Independent colleges are the product of China's reform of higher education and development of the market economy.Since the expansion of college enrollment,they have achieved rapid development and their scale has become quite large in China's education system.For the long-term progress and development of independent colleges,relevant education authorities in China have issued many regulations and policies.This paper will analyze the current situation of policy implementation in independent colleges,explore the interactive relationship between education policy and education management of independent colleges,and use this interactive relationship to help independent colleges achieve more significant development results.
