浅谈边疆地方院校在线教学实效性的提升

A Brief Discussion on the Improvement of the Effectiveness of Online Teaching in Frontier Local Colleges and Universities

2020年,突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情给人们的生活带来了巨大的冲击,全国高校实行在线教学。教育部印发了《关于在疫情防控期间做好普通高等学校在线教学组织与管理工作的指导意见》,要求采取政府主导、高校主体、社会参与的方式,共同实施并保障高校在疫情防控期间的在线教学,实现“停课不停教、停课不停学”。该文结合危机时期边疆地方院校在线教学以及学习状况,分析边疆地方院校师生在教学和学习中面临的挑战,提出提升边疆地方院校在线教学实效性的对策。

In 2020,a sudden novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic brought a huge impact to people's lives.In the spring semester,colleges and universities across the country implemented online teaching.The Ministry of Education issued the"Guiding Opinions on Effectively Implementing the Organization and Management of Online Teaching in General Institutions of Higher Education During the Period of Epidemic Prevention and Control",requiring the government to take the lead,colleges and universities to act as the main body,and the society to participate,in order to jointly implement and guarantee the normal implementation of online teaching during the period of epidemic prevention and control.Combining the situation of online teaching and learning in frontier local colleges and universities during the period,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by teachers and students in frontier local colleges and universities in teaching and learning,and proposes countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of online teaching in frontier local colleges and universities.
