翻转课堂在法学教学中的探索和实践

摘要 翻转课堂已成为我国高等教育教学改革的趋势。在卓越法治人才培养的要求和互联网深入影响教育的背景之下,我国法学教育应改变传统的讲授教学方法,实施以“学生为中心”的课堂教学改革。教学可采取课后学生线上自主学习、课上教师进行答疑解惑和知识应用的翻转课堂模式,从而实现个性化和自主化学习,促进学生多元能力的培养。 Flipped classroom has become the trend of teaching reform in higher education in our country.Under the background of the requirement of outstanding legal talents training and the deep influence of the Internet on education,the traditional legal teaching method should be changed.Legal education reform ought to take the"student-centered"principle and the method of flipping classroom can be adopted.In this mode,students can take self-study online and teachers have enough time to answer the students'questions and applicate knowledge in class.By this means,students can achieve autonomous learning and promote multiple abilities.
