With the continuous improvement of the level of modernization in our country,the requirements for secretarial posts and the content of secretarial work have undergone earth-shaking changes,and more and higher requirements have been placed on secretarial staff.It is necessary to cultivate and transform the professional quality of secretarial staff,and to perfectly combine professional characteristics,job requirements,and personal development,so that secretarial staff can better adapt to the requirements of the new era.And this has become one of the urgent problems in the secretarial industry.This paper intends to make a simple analysis and elaboration on the"people-oriented"cultivation and transformation of the current secretaries'professional quality.
