小剂量超短波对脊髓损伤功能恢复及对血清iNOS、TNF-α、VEGF、BDNF表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨小剂量超短波对脊髓损伤患者功能恢复效果及对血清诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响。方法收集60例脊髓损伤患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予基础康复治疗,治疗组加用小剂量超短波治疗,共治疗3个疗程。评估疗效并分析影响脊髓功能恢复的因素。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);康复治疗后,治疗组ASIA量表运动功能、感觉功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);血清VEGF、BDNF表达含量高于对照组(P<0.05),iNOS、TNF-α表达含量低于对照组(P<0.05);小剂量超短波治疗是脊髓损伤患者预后的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论小剂量超短波辅助治疗可明显促进患者脊髓功能恢复,其机制可能与下调血清iNOS、TNF-α表达,上调VEGF、BDNF表达有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose ultrashort wave on functional recovery and serum inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) expression. Methods Sixty patients with spinal cord injury were enrolled and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with30 cases in each group. The control group was given basic rehabilitation treatment, and the treatment group was treated with small dose ultrashort wave therapy for a total of 3 courses of treatment. Efficacy was assessed and factors affecting spinal function recovery were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After rehabilitation treatment, the motor function and sensory function scores of the ASIA scale in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of serum VEGF and BDNF in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The expression levels of iNOS and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Low dose ultrashort wave therapy was a protective factor for prognosis of patients with spinal cord injury(P<0.05). Conclusions Low-dose ultrashort wave adjuvant therapy can significantly promote the recovery of spinal cord function in patients, which may be related to down-regulation of serum iNOS, TNF-α expression and up-regulation of VEGF and BDNF expression.
