老年人牙本质过敏症综合干预模式的临床疗效观察

Observation about clinical effect on dentin hypersensitivity intervention model for elderly people

目的研究老年人群牙本质敏感症综合干预模式的疗效。方法2016年1月~2018年12月新疆乌鲁木齐市天山区某社区60岁以上老年人随机选取96例,分为干预组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),利用社区为老年人进行的免费健康体检,进行基线调查,了解老年人群口腔牙本质敏感症出现的比例,对其进行风险测评。干预组采用口腔保健健康教育联合应用抗过敏牙膏加定期涂抹氟保护漆为核心的的综合干预方式,对照组不使用相关的干预手段,随访1年,观察该疾病的预防治疗的效果。结果胃肠道反酸、喜欢酸食、口腔知识、牙刷方法以及力量等是导致老年群体牙本质过敏症出现的有关原因,干预组老年人群的有效率高达93.9%,干预前后有差异(P<0.05)。结论口腔保健健康教育联合抗过敏牙膏加定期涂抹氟保护漆干预能够有效提高社区老年人牙本质过敏的防治效果,能够帮助减少老年人群牙本质敏感症的出现比例。

Objective To investigate the effect of intervention model on dentin hypersensitivity in the elderly community.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,96 elderly patient over 60 years old from a certain community in Tianshan District,Urumqi,Xinjiang were chosen.All cases were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=48)and the control group(n=48),the baseline survey was conducted to understand the occurrence of dentin hypersensitivity and to assess the risk factors in the elderly patients during the process of annually health checkups for the elderly adults at the social health center.The intervention group was given comprehensive intervention through health education and all patients in this group were asked to brush teeth with anti-allergic toothpaste and apply fluoride varnish regularly,while the control group received no intervention.The prevention effect of dentin hypersensitivity in two groups after followed up for 12 months was observed.Results The main factors affecting the incidence of dentin hypersensitivity in the elderly were the factors such as eating acidic food,gastrointestinal reflux,oral health knowledge,toothbrush type,brushing strength and brushing type.The success rate of dentin hypersensitivity prevention in the elderly of intervention group was 93.9%,and there was significant statistical difference before and after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral health education combined with anti-allergic toothpaste and fluoride varnish intervention can effectively improve the prevention of dentin hypersensitivity and can effectively reduce the incidence of dentin sensitivity in elderly population.
