信息化管理系统在降低患者遗漏给药中的应用情况调查

目的探讨本院信息化管理系统中加入提醒功能在护理工作中对降低护士对患者执行医嘱遗漏给药实施的效果情况。方法通过本院近9个月临床使用和完善PDA的功能,取消系统补录功能,增加信息提醒功能对未按时执行的给药医嘱进行提醒达到给药零遗漏差错的效果。选取本院2019年3月至2019年8月10个已经使用PDA提醒功能的科室护士共计90名护士作为研究对象即为实验组,同时选取继续使用旧PDA即没有提醒功能PDA的9个科室共计87名护士为对照组,分析两组护士的护理文书合格率、护理差错发生率。同时采用问卷调查分析两组护士对护理工作的满意度。结果有提醒功能PDA组的护士的护理文书合格率明显高于使用旧PDA组的护士,护理差错发生率低于使用旧PDA组的护士,有提醒功能PDA组的护士对护理工作的满意度高于使用旧PDA组护士,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过增加PDA的提醒功能,对未执行医嘱进行信息化提醒功能可以有效地避免和降低护士对患者给药遗漏的发生,提高了护理的安全和质量,护士的满意度升高。

Objective To explore the effect of adding reminder function in the information management system of our hospital in nursing work to reduce the effect of the implementation of missed drug administration by nurses.Methods Through the clinical use and improvement of PDA function in our hospital for nearly 9 months,the supplementary recording function of the system was cancelled,and the information reminder function was increased to remind the medication orders that were not executed on time,so as to achieve the effect of zero omission error in administration.A total of 90 nurses from 10 departments who have used PDA reminder function in our hospital from March 2019 to August 2019 were selected as the research object,that is,the experimental group.At the same time,87 nurses from 9 departments who continue to use the old PDA,that is,without the function of PDA,were selected as the control group.The qualified rate of nursing documents and the incidence of nursing errors of the two groups of nurses were analyzed.At the same time,questionnaire survey was used to analyze the satisfaction of nurses in the two groups.Results The qualified rate of nursing documents of nurses in the PDA group with reminder function was significantly higher than that of the nurses in the old PDA group,and the incidence of nursing errors was lower than that of the nurses in the old PDA group.The satisfaction of the nurses in the reminding function PDA group was higher than that of the old PDA group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions By increasing the function of PDA to remind the patients of not executing the doctor’s orders,we can effectively avoid and reduce the occurrence of nurses’medication omission to patients,improve the safety and quality of nursing,and increase the satisfaction of nurses.
