多学科团队协作护理对白内障术后患者视力、疾病认知及并发症的影响

Effect of multidisciplinary team cooperation nursing on vision,disease cognition and complications of patients

目的探讨多学科团队协作护理对白内障术后患者视力、疾病认知及并发症的影响。方法选取2018年7月-2019年5月在本院行白内障手术患者64例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用多学科团队协作护理。对比两组干预后视力矫正、疾病认知及并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后15 d、30 d视力矫正≥0.5分别为53.13%、90.63%,高于对照组的25.00%、68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组疾病认知度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后疾病认知度(14.60±1.57)分,高于对照组(11.54±2.37)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率6.25%,低于对照组28.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科团队协作护理可有效改善白内障术后患者视力矫正情况,提升疾病认知度,降低并发症发生率,值得应用。

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team nursing on vision,disease cognition and complications of patients after cataract surgery.Methods 64 patients with cataract surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multidisciplinary team cooperation nursing.Visual acuity correction,disease cognition and complications were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in disease awareness between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the disease awareness of the observation group was(14.60±1.57)points,which was higher than that of the control group(11.54±2.37)points(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%,lower than 28.13%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Multidisciplinary team cooperation nursing can effectively improve the vision correction of patients after cataract surgery,enhance disease awareness and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application.
