摘要 目的掌握登革热媒介伊蚊密度、分布及季节变化,为登革热防控提供参考。方法采用布雷图指数(BI)法对大连市监测点开展白纹伊蚊监测,采用SPSS 18.0软件对白纹伊蚊不同生境的密度差异进行统计分析。结果 2019年平均布雷图指数为0.8,BI最高值在8月(1.66)。闲置容器和贮水容器是最主要孳生地,分别占全部孳生地的74.29%和22.86%。结论 2019年大连市白纹伊蚊密度处于较低水平,建议加强综合治理,防止蚊虫孳生。 Objective To grasp the density,distribution and seasonal variation of the dengue vector Aedes in Dalian,and provide reference for the prevention and control of dengue.Methods Bretu index(BI) method was conducted to monitor the larval density of Aedes albopictus.The Aedes albopictus density differences among habitats were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 software.Results The average BI was 0.8 in 2019,with the highest BI of 1.66 in August.Idle containers(74.29%) and water storage containers(22.86%) were the most important breeding places.Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus in Dalian was low in 2019. It is recommended to strengthen integrated management to prevent mosquito breeding.
