Epidemiological analysis on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in Anshan City from 2010 to 2019

摘要 目的分析2010—2019年鞍山市肾综合征出血热(HFRS)监测结果,为本地区HFRS防控策略的调整提供科学依据。方法对2010—2019年鞍山市HFRS发病及宿主动物监测情况进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2010—2019年鞍山市HFRS年均报告发病率为1.09/10万;HFRS发病高峰出现在10—12月,占总发病数的50.51%;鞍山市各县区均有HFRS病例报告,其中年平均报告发病率较高的地区为岫岩县和海城市,分别为4.78/10万和0.85/10万;发病主要集中在20~64岁年龄组,占总发病数的93.65%,男性高于女性(χ2=106.36,P<0.001);HFRS发病以农民和从事家务者及待业者居多,分别占总发病数的63.71%和23.60%;HFRS发病率与鼠密度和鼠带毒率的Spearman相关系数r分别为-0.122(P=0.815)和0.209(P=0.143),尚不能明确鞍山市HFRS发病率与鼠密度和鼠带毒率具有相关性。结论 HFRS防控应采取灭鼠、健康教育和扩大免疫规划相结合的综合干预措施。 Objective To analyze the monitoring results of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS) in Anshan City from 2010 to 2019,so as to provide scientific basis for the adjustment of HFRS prevention and control strategy in Anshan.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was adopted on HFRS incidence and host animal monitoring in Anshan City from 2010 to 2019.Results The average annual incidence of HFRS in Anshan was 1.09/100 000 from 2010 to 2019.The peak of HFRS occurred from October to December,with 50.51% of the total cases.HFRS cases werere ported in all counties and districts of Anshan City,among them,with the highest incidence of 4.78/100 000 in Xiuyan County,followed by Haicheng City with the incidence of 0.85/100 000.The incidence was mainly concentrated in the age group of 20-64 years old,accounting for 93.65% of the total cases.Males took bigger portion than females(χ~2=106.36,P<0.001).The majority of HFRS patients were farmers,housework and unemployment,accounting for 63.71% and 23.60% of the total cases respectively.The correlation coefficient between incidence of HFRS and virus carrying rate of rat and rat density were-0.122(P=0.815)and 0.209(P=0.143).It is not quite clear the correlation between the incidence of HFRS in Anshan City and the rodent density and the virus carrying rate.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention measures,including deratization,health education and expanded immunization program,should be taken in HFRS prevention and control.
