摘要
在帕金森病和非典型帕金森病的诊治过程中,迫切需要一种可靠的生物标记物,以提高鉴别诊断和预后评估的准确性,并可用来评估对治疗的反应。神经丝轻链蛋白(NfL)可能是一种同时具有诊断和预后作用的重要生物标志物。本文简要介绍了NfL的结构和检测方法,同时结合相关文献对NfL在两类疾病中的诊断、预后以及评估药物反应方面的价值作一综述。
In the management of Parkinson’s disease and atypical Parkinson’s disease, there is a compelling need for reliable biomarkers that can improve the accuracy of differential diagnosis and prognostic assessment as well as predict the response to treatments. Neurofilament light chain(NfL) may be an important biomarker that can help improve the diagnostic and prognostic accuracy. In this paper, we provide a brief overview of the NfL’s structure and the methods of measuring concentration. At the same time, review NfL’s potential diagnostic and prognostic value in Parkinson’s disease and atypical Parkinson’s disease, as well as its usefulness in monitoring response to treatment.
