激光成像仪器振动噪声故障实时诊断方法

摘要 为了提高激光成像仪器振动噪声故障检测能力,提出基于高阶统计特征量提取和谱分析的激光成像仪器振动噪声故障检测诊断方法,采用噪声传感信息融合感知方法进行激光成像仪器振动噪声故障原始样本信息采样,对采集的激光成像仪器振动数据进行信号拟合,结合时频特征分解方法对故障信号进行特征分解和多尺度高阶统计特征量提取,建立激光成像仪器振动噪声故障检测的特征提取模型,采用高阶统计特征量和谱分析方法,实现激光成像仪器振动噪声故障实时诊断和检测。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行激光成像仪器振动噪声故障诊断的检测准确性较高,实时性较好,提高了激光成像仪器故障的实时分析和故障排除能力。 In order to improve that vibration noise fault detection capability of laser imaging instrument,a method for detecting the vibration noise fault of a laser imaging instrument based on high-order statistic feature extraction and spectrum analysis is proposed.A noise sensing information fusion sensing method is adopted for sampling original sample information of the vibration noise fault of laser imaging instrument,the collected laser imaging instrument vibration data is subjected to signal fitting,the fault signal is subjected to characteristic decomposition and multi-scale sample characteristic separation in combination with time-frequency characteristic decomposition method,The feature extraction model of the vibration noise fault detection of laser imaging instrument is established,and the high-order statistical feature quantity and the spectrum analysis method are adopted to realize the real-time diagnosis and detection of vibration noise fault of laser imaging instrument.The simulation results show that the detection accuracy of vibration noise fault diagnosis of laser imaging instrument is high,the real-time property is good,and the real-time analysis and the troubleshooting ability of laser imaging instrument fault are improved.
