循证护理在激光预防放化疗口腔黏膜炎中的价值

Value of evidence-based nursing in laser prevention of oral mucositis caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的:探讨循证护理在低剂量激光预防放化疗口腔黏膜炎(OM)中的价值。方法:选择随机将172例放化疗患者分为对照组和观察组各86例。2组患者均采用低剂量激光治疗,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予循证护理干预。观察2组患者放化疗期间OM发生情况、OM患者生活质量特异性量表(Quality of Life Specific Scale for Patients with Oral Mucositis,QLSOM)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,统计2组患者的护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组OM发生率、QLSOM症状、进食、社会功能、吞咽及QLSOM总分、SAS和SDS均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理用于低能量激光预防放化疗OM的实践中获得良好效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the value of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of OM by low dose laser.Methods:172 patients received radiotherapy and chemotherapy in our hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 86 cases in each.The two groups were treated with low dose laser,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention.The occurrence of OM,QLSOM,SDS and SAS were observed,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was statistically analyzed.Results:After intervention,the OM incidence,QLSOM symptoms,eating,social function,swallowing and QLSOM total score,SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence based nursing has been used in the practice of low-energy laser to prevent OM in radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and it is worthy of clinical application.
