青霉素与氯霉素以及四环素类抗菌药物联合使用的不良反应研究

目的探究青霉素、氯霉素、四环素类抗菌药物联合应用的不良反应情况.方法研究样本选自本院联合用药后产生不良反应的患者,总共选择100例,研究时间介于2019年3月~2020年3月之间,所有患者均应用青霉素、四环素、氯霉素等药物后出现不良反应,对患者临床病历资料和临床不良反应进行对比.结果从药物不良反应发生因素上看,其中疗效下降50例,占比50.0%;药物剂量不合理30例,占比30.0%;药物毒性增加14例,占比14.0%;药物重复应用6例,占比6.0%.从不良反应发生类型分析,全身性反应58例,占比58.0%;肝肾功能反应28例,占比28.0%;低血压反应10例,占比10.0%;精神反应4例,占比4.0%.结论研究得知,对于抗菌药物联合应用患者而言,大部分患者都是由于疗效下降而引发的不良反应,并且其中有58.0%的患者为全身性不良反应,由此可见在抗菌药物联合应用中,药物选择要谨慎,避免加大药物毒性.

Objective To explore the adverse effects of the combined application of penicillin,chloramphenicol and tetracycline antibacterial drugs.Methods The study sample was selected from patients with adverse reactions after combined medication in our hospital.A total of 100 patients were selected.The study period was between March 2019 and March 2020.All patients were treated with penicillin,tet racycline,chloramphenicol and other drugs.After the occurrence of adverse reactions,the patient’s clinical medical records and clinical adverse reactions were compared.Results From the perspective of the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,the efficacy decreased by 50 cases,accounting for 50.0%;the dosage of the drug was unreasonable,30cases,accounting for 30.0%;the toxicity of the drug increased by 14 cases,accounting for 14.0%;the drug was repeatedly used in 6 cases,Accounting for 6.0%.From the analysis of the types of adverse reactions,58 cases of systemic reactions,accounting for 58.0%;28 cases of liver and kidney function reactions,accounting for 28.0%;10 cases of hypotensive reactions,accounting for 10.0%;4 cases of mental reactions,accounting for 4.0%.Conclusion The study found that for patients with antibacterial drugs,most of the patients were adverse reactions caused by the decline in efficacy,and 58.0%of them were systemic adverse reactions,which can be seen in the combination of antibacterial drugs In the selection of drugs,care should be taken to avoid increasing drug toxicity.
