基于教学诊改建构中职“两链四驱六层面”治理体系

摘要 学校治理旨在提高自身的治理能力,形成优化的治理体系,通过高水平的治理和建设,提升学校办学质量,推进学校可持续发展。治理绩效决定着学校兴衰,因此一流中职学校就需要一流的治理结构。所以,建构基于学校教学诊改工作的治理体系是促进学校有效治理和发展的重要保障。而基于教学诊改建构中职学校“两链四驱六层面”治理体系就是指深入贯彻《国家职业教育改革实施方案》精神,按照“需求导向、自我保证,多元诊断、重在改进”的教学诊改工作方针.
