摘要
[目的]通过监测橘小实蝇种群变动,并对比6种诱捕器的诱捕效果,为金沙江干热河谷橘小实蝇的防控提供依据。[方法]在多品种混种芒果园内开展了6种诱捕器对橘小实蝇的监测与诱捕效果比较试验。[结果]试验期间,橘小实蝇均保持较大种群数量,7月下旬至8月上旬达到峰值,6种诱捕器的诱捕量动态趋势基本一致,虫峰日和峰期历时也很接近。6种诱捕器的诱捕效果为:实蝇粘胶板>自制诱粘瓶>实蝇诱捕器>黄球>绿球>双色球。其中,实蝇粘胶板诱捕雄虫效果最好,与其他5种诱捕器差异达到极显著水平,但对雌虫诱捕效果较差;3种‘农杰’诱杀球对雌虫的诱捕效果较好,绿球对雄虫和雌虫的诱捕效果均好于黄球和双色球,但三者之间差异不显著。[结论]6-10月是金沙江干热河谷橘小实蝇发生高峰期,种群数量较大,并在7月底至8月上旬达到最高峰值。3种不同颜色诱杀球对橘小实蝇雌虫的诱杀效果较为显著,说明模拟果实形状和色泽是防治橘小实蝇的有效物理方法。
[Purpose]To provide the basis for the prevention and control of Bactrocera dorsalis in the dry and hot valley of Jinsha River by monitoring the population change of B.dorsalis and comparing the trapping effects of six trapping devices.[Method]A comparative test of the monitoring and trapping effect of six kinds of traps was conducted in a multi-species mixed mango orchard.[Result]During the whole period of the experiment,B.dorsalis maintained a large population and reached peak from late July to early August.The dynamic trend of trapping volume of the six kinds of traps was basically the same,and the peak days and peak du-rations were also very close.The trapping effects of the six kinds of traps were:fruit fly sticky plate>homemade trap bottle>fruit fly trap>yellow ball>green ball>double color ball.Among them,the effect of fruit fly sticky plate was the best,which was highly signifi-cantly higher from the other five traps.However,its trapping effect on female fly was poor.Three kinds of“Nongjie”trapping balls had a better trapping effect on female insects.Comparing the trapping effect of the three“Nongjie”traps,the green ball was better than the yellow ball and double color ball,but the difference was not significant.[Conclusion]The peak of B.dorsalis occurred from June to October in the dry and hot valley of Jinsha River,resulting in a large popul with the highest peak lasting from late July to early August.The trapping effect of the three color traps on female B.dorsalis was more significant,indicating that simulating fruit shape and color was an effective physical method to control B.dorsalis.
