外固定支架联合掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折

Clinical effect of external fixator combined with volar locking plate on the treatment of type C3 distal radius fracture

目的探讨外固定支架联合掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折的临床效果。方法2014年1月-2018年7月对收治的38例C3型桡骨远端骨折患者,均采用外固定支架联合掌侧锁定钢板治疗,随访观察骨折愈合时间、腕关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果术后随访12~15个月,采用改良McBride腕关节功能评价标准评分,优10例,良20例,可5例,差3例,优良率78.9%;术后并发症3例,1例腕背腱鞘囊肿,1例复位丢失,1例肌腱刺激,并发症发生率7.9%。结论外固定支架联合掌侧锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端C3型骨折临床效果满意,值得推广应用。

Objective Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external fixation and volar locking plate On the treatment of type C3 distal radius fracture.Methods From January 2014 to July 2018,38 cases of type C3 distal radius fracture patients were admitted to our department.All patients were treated with external fixator combined with volar locking plate.Fracture healing time,wrist joint function and complications were observed.Results The patients were followed up for 12 months to 15 months,and the improved McBride wrist joint function evaluation standard score was adopted,with excellent was in10 cases,good in 20 cases,good in 5 cases,poor in 3 cases,the excellent and good rate was 78.9%,postoperative complications occured in 3 cases,1 case had dorsal wrist tendon sheath cyst,1 case had loss of reduction,1 case had tendon stimulation,and the complication rate was 7.9%.Conclusion External fixator combined with volar locking plate in the treatment of type C3 distal radius fracture has a satisfactory clinical effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
