桡动脉返支骨瓣移植对陈旧性腕舟骨骨折腕关节功能的影响

Effect of radial artery recurrent branch bone flap transplantation on wrist joint function in patients with old scaphoid fracture

目的探讨桡动脉返支骨瓣移植对陈旧性腕舟骨骨折腕关节功能的影响。方法选择2017年3月-2019年4月收治的陈旧性腕舟骨折23例进行研究,均接受内固定加桡动脉返支骨瓣移植治疗,并对愈合情况及腕关节功能进行评估。结果23例均完成12个月的随访,所有骨折愈合良好,无感染发生。术后12个月的Cooney腕关节评分为(86.95±2.58)分,明显较术前(60.35±3.47)分更高(P<0.05);末次随访时,腕关节功能恢复优17例,良4例,中1例,差1例,优良率为91.30%。结论桡动脉返支骨瓣移植用于治疗陈旧性腕舟骨骨折愈合情况良好,利于腕关节功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of radial artery recurrent branch bone flap transplantation on wrist joint function in patients with old scaphoid fracture.Methods From March 2017 to April 2019,23 patients with old scaphoid fracture were selected and treated with internal fixation and radial artery recurrent branch bone flap transplantation.Results All 23 patients were followed up for 12 months.All patients healed well and no infection occurred.At the 12 th month postoperatively,Cooney’s wrist score was(86.95±2.58),which was significantly higher than that of pre-operatively(60.35±3.47)(P<0.05).At the last follow-up,17 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,1 case was fair,1 case was bad,the excellent and good rate was 91.30%.Conclusion The transplantation of radial artery recurrent branch bone flap for old scaphoid fracture has a good healing and is beneficial to the recovery of wrist function.
