不同环境条件对CuO NPs分散与稳定性及去除效果的影响

摘要 研究不同环境条件对纳米氧化铜(CuO NPs)分散与稳定性以及去除效果的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的CuO NPs在污水中平均粒径均大于在超纯水中的平均粒径。好氧颗粒污泥对CuO NPs去除效果随温度、pH值和初始CuO NPs浓度的升高而升高,灭活污泥对CuO NPs的去除率小于好氧颗粒污泥,原因主要在于好氧颗粒污泥对CuO NPs的去除方式不仅包括自身凝聚和Cu^2+的沉淀作用,还包括微生物的吸附作用。通过拟合发现,Freundlich吸附等温线能够较好地描述好氧颗粒污泥对CuO NPs的吸附,其1/n为0.54,表明CuO NPs在好氧颗粒污泥上是多层吸附。 The effects of different environmental conditions on dispersion,stability and removal efficiency of CuO NPs were studied.The results showed that the average particle size of CuO NPs under different concentrations in sewage was higher than that in ultrapure water.Removal efficiency of aerobic granular sludge on CuO NPs increased with temperature,pH and initial concentration of CuO NPs.The removal rate of inactivated sludge of CuO NPs was lower than that of aerobic granular sludge.The main reason was that the removal of CuO NPs by aerobic granular sludge not only included its own coagulation and Cu2:precipitation,but also included the microbial adsorption.Through fitting,Freundlich adsorption isotherm was found to be able to better describe the adsorption of CuO NPs by aerobic granular sludge,and its 1/n was 0.54,indicating that CuO NPs was adsorbed by multiple layers on aerobic granular sludge.
