经尿道绿激光整块剜除术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤临床分析

Transurethral green-light laser en bloc resection for superficial bladder tumors

目的探讨经尿道应用绿激光整块剜除术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效和安全性。方法 56例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者,28例经尿道电切手术治疗者为对照组,28例行经尿道绿激光整块剜除术治疗者为观察组,比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、并发症、术后复发情况等。结果观察组手术时间[(25.5±4.8)min]、术中出血量[(50.2±3.3)mL]、并发症发生率(0)、术后住院时间[(5.0±1.0)d]和复发率(7.1%)均少于对照组[(32.2±5.6)min、(82.5±5.8)mL、10.7%、(8.5±1.5)d、17.9%](P<0.05)。结论经尿道应用绿激光整块剜除浅表性膀胱肿瘤疗效确切、安全。

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of transurethral green-light laser en bloc resection on superficial bladder tumors. Methods Fifty-six patients with superficial bladder tumors were equally divided into observation group(receiving transurethral green-light laser en bloc resection) and control group(receiving transurethral resection). The operation lasting time, intraopeative blood loss, postoperative complications and relapse rate were compared between two groups. Results The operation lasting time and the length of hospital stay were shorter, the intraoperative blood loss, incidence of complications and relapse rate were lower in observation group((25.5±4.8) min,(5.0±1.0) d,(50.2±3.3) mL, 0, 7.1%) than those in control group((32.2±5.6)min,(8.5±1.5) d,(82.5±5.8) mL, 10.7%, 17.9%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Transurethral green-light laser en bloc resection is safe and effective for superficial bladder tumors.
