摘要 文章提出一种简捷快速的CFD(计算流体力学)方法进行热压罐数值模拟:将热压罐简化为二维轴对称模型,并采用UDF(用户自定义函数)计算风机进出口温度,使用多孔介质模型计算加热器及冷却换热器。并且分别计算了Φ5.5m×12m(直径为5.5m,工作区域长度为12m)的热压罐和Φ5m×6m热压罐的温度均匀性,总结了较大长径比的热压罐温度均匀性改进措施。计算结果与实验结果对比验证了文章计算方法的合理性。 In this paper,a simple and rapid CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)method is proposed for the numerical simulation of the hot pressure tank,which is simplified into a two-dimensional axisymmetric model.UDF(User-Defined Function)is used to calculate the inlet and outlet temperature of the fan.The porous media model is used to calculate the heater and cooling heat exchanger.The temperature uniformity of theΦ5.5m×12m(the diameter is 5.5m and the length of working area is 12m)autoclave and theΦ5m×6m autoclave are calculated respectively.The improvement measures of temperature uniformity of the autoclave with large length-diameter ratio is summarized.The comparison between calculation and experiment verifies the rationality of the proposed method.
