摘要
在BIM技术进入深度应用、普及应用和规模化应用的阶段,各类工程数字化审查在国内外越来越受到重视,如何保障BIM模型有足够的建模深度、良好的模型质量以及符合行业规范要求成为一项重要研究内容。文章阐述了在城市轨道交通工程三维设计工作模式下,分析了在不同阶段的BIM模型成果技术要求,自主研发了BIM模型智能审查工具(BimStation Checker)并进行工程项目的实践应用,以期为国内的BIM设计成果审查应用标准化和工程三维设计变革提供借鉴经验。
As the BIM technology enters the stage of in-depth application,popularization application and large-scale application,various types of engineering digital inspections are getting more and more attention at home and abroad.How to ensure that the BIM model with sufficient modeling depth,good model quality and correct industry specifications has become significant in research.This paper explains the technical requirements of BIM model achievements at different stages in the three-dimensional design work mode of urban rail transit engineering.It also develops BIM model intelligent review tool(BimStation Checker)independently and practices the application of engineering projects.Hoping to provide reference experience for standardized application of BIM design achievement review and engineering 3D design changes in China.
