基于功率MOSFET的供电状态转换技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为满足现阶段试飞对改装系统提出的大电流不间断供电需求,文章提出了一种将功率MOSFET与电解电容相结合的供电状态转换技术,并研制出供电状态转换器,与改装标准配电装置组成一套不间断应急供电系统,可实现试飞改装中大电流关键负载的不间断应急供电。通过试验验证了该系统功能正常,满足设计要求。
