摘要
利用纺织工业用新型低盐活性红染料对渗透性较低的柞木单板进行染色,研究工艺参数对柞木单板染色效果的影响,为建立木材低盐活性染料染色工艺奠定基础。结果显示:促染剂种类、染料质量分数、染色温度和固色剂用量显著影响柞木单板染色前后的色差,而促染剂无水硫酸钠的用量对其影响作用略弱;在染色温度70℃、无水硫酸钠添加量12 g·L^-1、染料质量分数0.5%~1%、碳酸钠添加量20 g·L^-1工艺条件下,可以获得理想的单板染色效果。
In this study,low permeability oak veneers were dyed by low-salt reactive red dye which was usually used in textile industry.Impact of process parameters on dyeing effects were researched to establish wood dyeing process with this kind of dyes.The results showed that chromatic aberration was significantly affected by types of accelerating agent,the mass fraction of the dye,dyeing temperature and the amount of color fixing agent,but was slightly affected by the dosage of Na 2SO 4.The satisfactory dye-uptake was obtained at the process parameter of 70℃dyeing temperature,12 g·L^-1 Na 2SO 4 concentration,0.5%~1%dye mass fraction and 20 g·L^-1 Na 2CO 3 concentration.
