生化参数在不同亚型糖尿病中的差异性临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical study on the difference of biochemical indicators in different subtypes of diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的回顾性分析1型和2型糖尿病患者生化检测指标,为不同亚型糖尿病患者的鉴别诊断及不同预后转归提供实验室理论基础。方法分别抽取46例1型和2型糖尿病患者外周血,充分促凝离心后取血清值,使用Beckman AU5800生化分析仪进行1型和2型糖尿病患者谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、肌酐、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白球比例、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、钾、钠、氯、钙和镁进行检测和计算,记录结果并使用Graphpad软件进行统计学分析。结果相比1型糖尿病患者,2型糖尿病患者谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、间接胆红素、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酯,氯和钙均显著性升高(P<0.05),但高密度脂蛋白显著性下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),谷草转氨酶、直接胆红素、肌酐、白球比例、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、钾、钠和镁差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论差异性生化指标对于1型和2型糖尿病患者的鉴别诊断及不同亚型糖尿病的治疗具有重要临床意义。 Objective To retrospectively analyze the biochemical indicators of type 1 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus,so as to provide laboratory theoretical basis for differential diagnosis and prognosis of different type diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Peripheral blood samples from 46 patients with type 1 and 46 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were all collected.Serum Beckman AU5800 biochemical analyzer was used to detect alanine aminotransferase,glutathione aminotransferase,total bile acid,direct bile acid,indirect bile acid,creatinine,total protein,albumin,globulin and albumin ratio,total cholesterol,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,potassium,sodium,chlorine,calcium and magnesium were all detected in type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Then the results were recorded and analyzed by graphpad statistical software.Results Compared with type I diabetes mellitus patients,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,total bile acid,indirect bile acid,total protein,albumin,globulin,triglyceride,chlorine and calcium increased significantly in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were all significantly increased(P<0.05),the levels of high density lipoprotein was significantly decreased,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05),but the glutamic oxaloacetic aminotransferase,direct bile acid,creatinine,albumin and albumin ratio,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,potassium,sodium and magnesium had no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The differential biochemical index has important clinical significance for the differential diagnosis of type 1 and type 2 diabetes and the treatment of different subtypes of diabetes.
