摘要
本文旨在研究金盏花、串叶松香草与多年生黑麦草的营养价值,以期开辟新的饲料资源。本试验选择金盏花秆、串叶松香草与多年生黑麦草,并测定其干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)的含量,从而评定其营养价值。结果表明,金盏花秆干物质中的EE、CF含量分别高于串叶松香草和多年生黑麦草(P>0.05),H-2O、CP、NFE含量分别低于串叶松香草和多年生黑麦草(P>0.05),Ash含量高于多年生黑麦草(P>0.05),低于串叶松香草(P>0.05)。金盏花秆Ca和P的含量分别高于多年生黑麦草(P>0.05),低于串叶松香草(P>0.05)。由此可知,金盏花秆具有很好地饲用价值。
This paper was aimed to study the nutritional value of marigold stem,silphium perfoliatum and perennial ryegrass in order to develop new feed resources.In this study,marigold stem,silphium perfoliatum and perennial ryegrass were selected and the contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),Ash,crude fat(EE),crude fiber(CF),calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)were measured to evaluate their nutritional value.The results showed that the contents of EE and CF in dry matter of marigold stem were higher than silphium perfoliatum and perennial ryegrass(P>0.05).The contents of H-2O,CP and NFE were respectively lower than silphium perfoliatum and perennial ryegrass(P>0.05).The contents of Ash were higher than perennial ryegrass(P>0.05),but were lower than silphium perfoliatum(P>0.05).The contents of Ca and P were higher than perennial ryegrass(P>0.05),but were lower silphium perfoliatum(P>0.05).Thus,the marigold stem had a good feeding value.
