日粮添加过瘤胃亮氨酸对青年关中奶山羊生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数和血液代谢指标的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验旨在研究日粮添加过瘤胃亮氨酸(RP-Leu)对青年关中奶山羊生产性能、血液代谢指标的影响。选用18只年龄、体重、采食量相近的健康关中奶山羊随机均分为三组:对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、RP-Lys组(基础日粮添加28.93 g/只/天过瘤胃赖氨酸RP-Lys)和RP-Leu组(基础日粮添加17.45g/只/dRP-Leu)。试验期内试验羊自由采食、自由饮水。试验预试期10 d,正试期45 d。于试验第1天和第45天测量体重和体尺,第45天采集瘤胃液和血液样品,检测瘤胃发酵参数和血液指标。结果表明,日粮添加RP-Leu显著提高奶山羊体增重,降低采食量,改善料重比(P<0.05)。日粮添加RP-Lys显著降低采食量和料重比(P<0.05),但不影响奶山羊的体增重(P>0.05)。RP-Lys组血浆总胆固醇显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。RP-Leu组奶山羊的体增重显著高于RP-Lys组(P<0.05),但两组间的采食量、料重比、总胆固醇均无显著差异(P>0.05)。三组间体尺指标、瘤胃发酵参数、血液葡萄糖、胰岛素、血液尿素、甘油三酯和白蛋白均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,日粮添加RP-Leu可提高青年奶山羊的生长性能,但不影响瘤胃发酵参数、血液指标。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with rumen-protected leucine(RP-Leu)on growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters,and blood parameters in Guanzhong dairy goats.Eighteen healthy Guanzhong dairy goats with similar age,weight and feed intake were randomly divided into three groups:the control group(basal diet),the RP-Lys group(basal diet supplemented with rumen-protected lysine,28.93 g/d/goat)and the RP-Leu group(basal diet supplemented with RP-Leu,17.45 g/d/goat).During the experimental period,allanimals were got water and food freely.The pre-trial period was 10 days,the formal period was 45 days.Growth performance and body size were measured at the beginning and end of the experiment.Rumen fluid and blood samples were collected on 45th day to detect rumen fermentation parameters and blood indicators.The results showed that administration of RP-Leu significantly reduced the feed intake and feed gain ratio,but increased body weight gain(P<0.05).Feeding RP-Lys reduced feed intake and feed gain ratio(P<0.05)although body weight gain was not influenced(P>0.05).The total cholesterol in RP-Lys treatment was higher than control group(P<0.05).The body weight gain of dairy goats in RP-Leu group was significantly higher than that in RP-Lys group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in feed intake,feed gain ratio and total cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in body size,rumen fermentation parameters,blood glucose,insulin,blood urea,triglyceride and albumin among the three groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of RP-Leu can improve the growth performance of young dairy goats,but has no effect on rumen fermentation parameters and blood parameter.
