日粮中添加燕麦草对6月龄水牛犊牛生长性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Oat Grass on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indexes of 6-month-old Buffalo Calves

摘要 本试验选用21头6月龄、体重150 kg左右,体格健壮无疾病的奶水牛犊牛。随机分成3个组,分别为:对照组、试验Ⅰ组(补饲300 g燕麦草)及试验Ⅱ组(补饲500 g燕麦草),每组在试验开始前一天及试验结束最后一天测定犊牛体重、体尺及采血测血清生化指标。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组日增重(0.798 kg)比试验Ⅱ组日增重(0.792 kg)提高了0.76%,日均增重水平差异不显著(P>0.05);经过为期83天补料试验,两个补饲的试验组平均日增重均显著高于不补饲对照组,其中分别提高了29.8%和28.8%,差异显著(P<0.05)。补饲燕麦草不同水平对6月龄水牛犊牛体长、胸围和腹围有显著影响。由试验结果可知,适当的补饲一定含量的燕麦干草,对于6月龄犊牛日均增重及生长体尺有促进的作用。 In this study,21 healthy and disease-free buffalo calves weighing about 150 kg,6 months old,were selected.The buffalo calves were randomly divided into three groups,including control group,test group Ⅰ(supplementary feeding 300g oat grass)and test group Ⅱ(supplementary feeding 500 g oat grass).On the day before the experiment and the last day after the experiment,the body weight,body size and serum biochemical indexes of each group were measured.The results showed that the daily gain(0.798 kg)in test group Ⅰ was 0.76%higher than that in test group Ⅱ(0.792 kg)with no significant difference in daily gain(P>0.05).After 83 days of feeding experiment,the average daily weight gain of the two feeding groups was significantly higher than that of the control group without feeding,which increased by 29.8%and 28.8%respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The body length,chest circumference and abdominal circumference of 6-month-old buffalo calves were significantly affected by different levels of supplementary feeding.According to the results of the experiment,the proper supplementary feeding of certain content of oat hay can promote the daily weight gain and growth size of 6-month-old calves.
