摘要
非洲猪瘟(African Swine fever)是由非洲猪瘟病毒感染引起的猪的一种急性、热性、高度接触性传染病。世界卫生组织(OIE)将其列为法定报告动物疫病,我国将其列为一类动物疫病,是我国重点防范的外来疫病之一。该病不是人畜共患病,不会感染人,猪感染后,发病率和病死率高达100%,给养殖户造成巨大经济损失和社会影响。猪一旦感染非洲猪瘟,会出现沉郁、厌食、耳、四肢、腹部皮肤有出血点,临床解剖会出现脾脏和淋巴结肿大。在排查过程中,一旦发现疑似非洲猪瘟疫情,要立即向当地兽医主管部门、动物卫生监督机构或者动物疫病预防控制机构报告。疫情经农业农村部确认发布后,按照疫情的分级,划定疫点、疫区、受威胁区,并采取相应措施,按照“早、快、严、小”的处置原则,进行扑灭控制。
African swine fever is an acute, hot and highly exposed infectious disease in pigs caused by African swine fever virus. The World Health Organization(OIE) listed it as a statutory animal epidemic, and China classified it as a type of animal epidemic. It is one of the foreign epidemics that China has focused on preventing. The disease is not zoonotic and will not infect people. After swine infection, the incidence and fatality rate are as high as 100 %, causing huge economic losses and social impacts to farmers. Once pig is infected with African swine fever, there will be depression, anorexia, ears, limbs, and abdominal skin with bleeding points. Clinical anatomy will show enlargement of the spleen and lymph nodes. In the process of inspection, if a suspected African swine fever epidemic is found, it must immediately report to the local veterinary authorities, such as animal health supervision agencies, animal disease prevention and control agencies. After the epidemic situation is confirmed and promulgated by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the epidemic areas and threatened areas shall be designated according to the classification of the epidemic situation, and corresponding measures shall be taken to put out and control it in accordance with the disposal principle of "early, fast, strict, and small".
