摘要
目的系统评价我国静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)信息化现状,总结PIVAS工作流程各环节信息化程度和成效,为我国PIVAS信息化建设和发展方向提供参考。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库,检索时间为建库至2019年1月,纳入评价我国PIVAS信息化现状的研究,收集配置请求和配置中心接收、医嘱审核、摆药、成品复核、分拣和配送、收费、退药以及库存管理各个环节中信息化程度和取得成效等指标,对结果进行描述性分析。结果共纳入12篇文献,其中前后对照研究6篇,经验分享4篇和综述2篇。信息化基本覆盖了PIVAS审方、摆药、配液、复核、分拣、配送等环节,信息化建设促进了合理用药,提升用药安全和工作效率,减少配置成本。结论我国PIVAS信息化程度较好,且取得一定成绩,有必要进一步完善PIVAS信息化建设标准,为PIVAS信息化建设提供依据和发展方向。
OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the status of informatization in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),summarizing the level and effect of informatization of PIVAS,in order to provide reference for the informatization and development direction in PIVAS in China.METHODS Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane library and four Chinese databases were searched from the establishtime to Jan 2019.Studies which evaluated informatization of PIVAS in China were included.Variable indicators(i.e.,configuration requests,configuration center receiving,medical review,dispensing,finished product compounding,sorting and distribution,charging,drug withdrawal,and inventory management)were collected.The results were presented by descriptive analysis.RESULTS A total of twelve studies were included.The research types were 6 before and after control studies(50%),4 experience sharing studies(33%)and 2 review(17%).Informatization basically covered the aspects of medical review,dispensing,liquid dispensing,review,sorting,and distribution in PIVAS.Informatization construction promoted rational drug use,improved drug safety and work efficiency,and reduced configuration costs.CONCLUSION PIVAS has a good level of information and has achieved certain results.It is necessary to improve the PIVAS informatization construction standards to provide the basis and development direction for PIVAS informatization construction.
