临床护士预警危重患者MDRPI知信行现状及影响因素分析

Current status and influencing factors of MDRPI knowledge and practice in the prevention of critical patients by clinical nurses

(1)目的探讨临床护士预警危重患者医疗器械相关性压力性损伤(MDRPI)知信行现状及影响因素,为临床开展相关培训及护理质量控制提供依据。(2)方法采用方便抽样法,应用一般情况调查表、临床护士预警危重患者MDRPI知信行量表,于2019年5~8月对唐山工人医院重症监护室201名临床护士进行问卷调查。(3)结果临床护士预警危重患者MDRPI知信行量表总分为(153.18±24.03)分,处于中等水平;临床护士预警危重患者MDRPI知识得分(52.88±11.52)分,态度得分(45.71±6.23)分,行为得分(54.60±10.71)分;职务、职称、工作年限和婚姻状况是其影响因素(R=0.551,F=21.315,P<0.001)。(4)结论临床护士预警危重患者MDRPI知信行水平有待提高,应进行分级培训以提高临床护士早期预警和识别MDRPI的能力,降低MDRPI的发生率。

Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of clinical nurses'knowledge and practice in preventing critical patients with MDRPI,so as to provide evidence for clinical training and quality control.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to survey 201 clinical nurses in intensive care unit of Tangshan Gongren Hospital.Results The total score of MDRPI knowledge and confidence scale of clinical nurses for the prevention of critical patients was 153.18±24.03,which was in the middle level.Clinical nurses'MDRPI knowledge 52.88±11.52,attitude 45.71±6.23 and behavior 54.60±10.71.Duty,title,years of working and marital status are the influencing factors of clinical nurses'MDRPI knowledge and confidence in the prevention of critical patients(R=0.551,F=21.315,P<0.001).Conclusion The level of clinical nurses'knowledge and confidence in the prevention of critical patients'MDRPI needs to be improved,and the training should be strengthened to improve the ability of early prevention and recognition of MDRPI and reduce the incidence rate of MDRPI.
