我国首批相互保险社的试点追踪与展望

2015年,原保监会正式启动相互保险组织试点,并于2016年批准筹建三家相互保险社。相互保险社承担着中国相互保险组织试点的重要使命,有必要对其运营情况进行及时地总结与分析。本文基于公开披露资料对首批三家相互保险社的经营情况进行了全面地追踪,分析了三家相互保险社的共同点,指出其经营过程中存在的问题并提出建议。

In 2015,the China Insurance Regulatory Commission officially launched a trial of the Mutu⁃al Insurance Organization,and in 2016 approved the establishment of three mutual insurers.The mutual insur⁃ers have undertaken the important mission of the China Mutual Insurance Organization pilot,and it is neces⁃sary to summarize and analyze its operation in a timely manner.Based on publicly disclosed information,this article comprehensively tracked the operations of the first three mutual insurers,analyzed the common points of the three mutual insurers,pointed out problems existing in their operations and made recommendations.
