摘要
目的探讨历代文献中苍术防治疫病的研究情况、苍术的现代药理作用及防治疫病的临床研究进展,为其合理使用、充分发挥中医药防治疫病的作用提供参考。方法查阅近年来苍术防治疫病的相关文献、药理实验及临床研究,进行全面分析。结果关于苍术的记载可追溯至《神农本草经》,大量古文献均记载有苍术防治疫病。苍术具有抗病原微生物、抗炎、抗肺损伤等药理作用,临床疗效较好。结论苍术相关药理及临床研究为其防治疫病提供了依据,作为临床常用的化湿药,在历代疫病防治中均起到了积极作用,临床应大力推广苍术辨证用于防控新型冠状病毒肺炎。
Objective To investigate the research status of Rhizoma Atractylodis on the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in the literature of the past dynasties,the modern pharmacological action of Rhizoma Atractylodis and the clinical research progress in the prevention and control of epidemic diseases,so as to provide reference for the rational use of Rhizoma Atractylodis and the full play of the role of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the prevention and control of epidemic diseases.Methods The literature,pharmacological experiments and clinical research studies of Rhizoma Atractylodis for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in recent years were reviewed and analyzed comprehensively.Results The records of Rhizoma Atractylodis could be traced back to Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica.Rhizoma Atractylodis for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases has been recorded in a large number of ancient documents.Rhizoma Atractylodis has the pharmacological action of resisting pathogen,anti-inflammatory,anti-lung injury and so on,and it has good clinical efficacy.Conclusion The relevant pharmacology and clinical studies of Rhizoma Atractylodis provide a basis for its prevention and control of epidemic diseases.As a common clinical medicine,Rhizoma Atractylodis has played an active role in the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in past dynasties.Clinical application of Rhizoma Atractylodis for prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)should be vigorously promoted.
