摘要
目的建立清肺排毒合剂的质量标准。方法采用显色反应鉴别清肺排毒合剂中的挥发性成分;采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中桂枝、麻黄、黄芩;采用高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;黄芩苷进样质量浓度在6.85~855.93μg/m L(r^2=0.9994)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均回收率为101.49%,RSD为1.06%(n=9)。结论该方法快速、简单,专属性强,可用于清肺排毒合剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Qingfei Paidu Mixture.Methods The volatile components in Qingfei Paidu Mixture were identified by the chromogenic reaction.The Cinnamomi Ramulus,Ephedrae Herba and Scutellariae Radix were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC)method,and the content of baicalin was determined by the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.Results The TLC spots were clear and well-separated,and the negative control had no interference.Baicalin showed good linear relationship with peak area within the range of 6.85-855.93μg/m L(r^2=0.9994),the average recovery was 101.49%,and the RSD was 1.06%(n=9).Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and specific,which can be used for the quality control of Qingfei Paidu Mixture.
