摘要
内河沉管隧道是城市中穿越江河的一种重要交通通道,由于沉管管节预制、拖运及沉放对接涉及复杂的施工工艺,沉管隧道的造价构成往往也具有高度的复杂性和综合性。如何在沉管隧道造价管理工作中抓住关键造价构成单元,是提升其造价管理效率和水平的关键所在。本文以广州地区三座沉管隧道为研究案例,对内河沉管隧道的项目划分及造价构成进行了研究和分析,并在此基础上运用帕累托分析法指出了内河沉管隧道造价管理工作中应重点把控的核心要素和关键点。
The immersed tube tunnel is an important traffic way to cross rivers in the city.Due to the complex construction technology involved in prefabrication,haulage sinking and docking of immersed tube joints,the cost composition of immersed tube tunnels is often highly complex and comprehensive.How to grasp the key cost components in the cost management of immersed tunnels is the key point to improve the efficiency and level of cost management.Based on the case study of three immersed tube tunnels in Guangzhou,this paper studies and analyzes the project division and cost composition of immersed tube tunnels of inland river,and points out the key elements and key points in the cost management of immersed tube tunnels of inland river by using Pareto analysis.
