Research on the Critical Success Factors of Major Construction Project:Based on the Analysis of Chinese and International Cases

综述国内外工程项目关键成功要素的文献,得到5个一级指标、13个二级指标的重大工程项目关键成功要素评价指标。基于国内16个、国外8个典型重大工程项目成功/失败案例的分析,得出充足的资金保证、先进的施工技术水平和设施、有力的政策支持是重大工程项目最重要的三个关键成功要素。

Conducts literature review about the critical success factors of construction projects,and identifies 5 first-level and 13 second-level critical success evaluation indicators.Through case analysis on the success and failure factors of 16 Chinese and 8 international typical major construction projects,indicates that sufficient investment,advanced construction technology and facilities,strong policy support are the three most significant critical success factors of major construction projects.
