基于组合赋权DEA模型的高等职业教育投入产出效率测评

Evaluation of Input-output Efficiency of Higher Vocational Education Based on Combined Weighting DEA Model

高等职业教育投入产出效率与高等职业教育改革和创新发展密切相关,其评价指标体系具有动态性、差异性和时效性,需要不断优化和完善。借助Pearson相关分析法构建了基于DEA的高等职业教育投入产出效率评价指标体系。以泉州公办高职院校面板数据作为实证数据,利用BCC-DEA模型对高等职业教育效率进行评价和分析。研究表明,基于组合赋权的BCC-DEA模型对高等职业教育投入产出效率进行评价的运用总体较为有效,有一定的理论意义和实践意义。

The input-output efficiency of higher vocational education is closely related to the reform and innovation of higher vocational education.Its evaluation index system is dynamic,diverse and time-effective,which needs to be optimized and improved constantly.In this paper,Pearson Correlation Analysis is used to construct the higher vocational education input-output efficiency evaluation index system based on DEA.Taking the panel data of Quanzhou public higher vocational colleges as empirical data,this paper evaluates and analyzes the efficiency of higher vocational education by using the BCC-DEA model.The research shows that the BCC-DEA model based on combination weighting is effective to evaluate the input-output efficiency of higher vocational education,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
