Construction and Operation of Civil Aircraft Development Project Management Model

立足于我国大型水陆两栖飞机研制项目管理实际需求,以项目管理5大过程组、民用飞机研制5个阶段、研发制造一体化管理模式下设置的9大业务域为不同维度,构建了民用飞机研制项目管理的三维立体模型。结合项目管理三维立体模型层级及管理要求,落实了不同组织机构在项目管理中责任矩阵,并阐述了如何将项目管理工作具体落实到企业日常运营活动中。

Based on the actual needs of large amphibious aircraft development project management in China,a three-dimensional model of civil aircraft development project management is constructed with five process groups of project management,five stages of civil aircraft development,and nine business areas set under the integrated management mode of R&D and manufacturing.Combined with the three-dimensional model level and management requirements of project management,the responsibility matrix of different organizations in project management is implemented,and how to implement the project management work into the daily operation activities of enterprises is elaborated.
