摘要
装配式建筑发展要求建筑业整体供应方式的转变,将制造业供应链管理和韧性管理思想引入装配式建筑管理有利于快速调整装配式建筑的供应方式,解决现存的管理问题。通过文献分析识别出21项装配式建筑供应链韧性影响因素,进而通过问卷调查法、专家访谈法确定关键影响因素15项。针对15项关键影响因素建立解释结构模型,并通过问卷调查法确定其相关性。结果显示关键影响因素可分为六层共三大类,即顶层直接影响因素、中间层间接影响因素以及以构件制造为主的底层根本影响因素,发现提高设计单位与供应链信息共享水平以及物流企业的运输能力可直接提升韧性,但难以仅从单一的施工或制造角度短时间内提升韧性。
The development of prefabricated building requires the transformation of the overall supply mode of the construction industry.The introduction of manufacturing supply chain management and toughness management into prefabricated building management is conducive to quickly adjusting the supply mode of prefabricated building and solving the existing management problems.Through literature analysis,21 influencing factors of prefabricated building supply chain resilience were identified,and 15 critical influencing factors were determined by questionnaire survey and expert interview.An interpretive structure model was established for 15 critical influencing factors,and their correlations were determined by questionnaire survey.The results show that the critical influencing factors can be divided into three major categories,including direct factors at the top level,indirect factors in the middle layer,and fundamental factors in the bottom layer,which are mainly composed of component manufacturing.It is found that improving the information sharing level between design units and supply chain and the transportation capacity of logistics enterprises can directly improve the resilience,but it is difficult to improve the resilience in a short time only from the perspective of single construction or manufacturing.
